After months of psychological stress and anxiety, many of us are feeling the strain. My own way of dealing with stress is to go into nature. But I cannot always get a forest or visit the sea. As a result, when I do go into nature I record the sounds I hear and then collate them into sound collages to listen to at night or during moments of stress. This album is a collection of three long nature soundscapes (6-10 minutes) that can be appreciated in the comfort of your own home.

Forest Walk is a stroll through an Italian woods in the Hills of Northern Italy. Birds song and Cicadas, a distant river gently trickles by, accompanied by a gentle soothing soundtrack.

The Sea is a stroll along the seafront in the South of France. waves lap the rocks, the surf weaves between pebbles, sea birds can be heard as a storm nears; accompanied by a gentle soothing soundtrack to calm your mind.

Storm is the recording of a thunderstorm captured in Northern Italy. Rolling Thunder, gentle massaging rain, splashes on the ground, accompanied by a gentle string soundtrack.

All tracks are recorded on location using professional sound equipment and curated into a sound collage. They are perfect for meditation and relaxation, as well as blocking intrusive noises from outside to help you sleep.
